Frequently asked questions
Quick answers about our landscaping work in Toronto, East York, and North York. If your question is not here, just message us.
What areas do you serve?+
Toronto, East York, North York, Downtown Toronto, and the neighbourhoods around them. If you are close and not sure, send us a message and we will tell you straight away.
How do I get a quote?+
Call or text 647-858-8911, or message us on WhatsApp. A photo of the yard and a line about what you want done is usually enough for us to give you a price.
Is there a minimum job size?+
No. One flower bed, one small lawn, or one power wash is fine. Plenty of our regular customers are single small yards.
How do you price the work?+
By the size of the yard and the work in front of us. You get the number before we start. If a job turns out bigger than it looked, we tell you before doing the extra work, not after.
How long have you been doing this?+
Since 2012. We have worked in Toronto through every kind of season since then, including the wet springs and the early frosts.
Do you work on commercial properties?+
Yes. We maintain lawns, garden beds, and entrances for offices, storefronts, condos, and rental properties on a set schedule.
What services do you offer?+
Lawn care and maintenance, softscaping and planting, flower bed design, power washing, fall and leaf cleanup, small tree and limb removal, and commercial groundskeeping.
When should I book fall cleanup?+
Most Toronto yards need it between mid October and late November, once the trees have dropped but before the first hard frost. Book a couple of weeks ahead because that stretch fills up fast. If your yard has a big maple or oak, two visits often work better than one.
How quickly can you start?+
Most jobs get scheduled within a few days. Bigger planting projects can take a week or two depending on the season and what plants we need to source.
Do I need to be home during the work?+
Not usually. For lawn care and most outdoor work we can do the job while you are out. We will let you know ahead of time if we need access to a locked gate or an outdoor tap.
What happens if the weather is bad?+
We watch the forecast and move the visit if heavy rain or lightning makes it unsafe. You get a message with the new time, no charge for the change.
